Há muitos casos como este na história e no mundo atual. Na India há milhares que praticam a Sunya Yoga (olhar para o sol) que objetiva curar as doenças. Não comer é apenas um subproduto secundário e sem importância à escolha do praticante. . Santa Tereza Neuman foi um desses casos. No livro “Autobiografia de um yogi contemporâneo” do grande mestre yogi Yogananda, há outras citações. Em julho vai vir para o Brasil o Sri Hira Ratan Manek (HRM) cujo evento que estou ajudando a realizar.
Eu faço a prática do HRM há um ano e consegui fazer 235 dias e faltam 35 para terminar. Olho direto para o sol nas horas seguras do nascente e poente (1 hora). Comecei olhando 10 segundos no primeiro dia e aumentando 10 por dia segundo o Protocolo HRM. Hoje, 10/05 olhei por 39 minutos. Quando chegar a 45, termina. Quem quiser mais informação escreva no Google HRM ou Hira Ratan Manek, ou sungazing, ou solarhealing, ou entre nos sites de mesmo nome.
