on February 8th, 2010Vitamin D is ONLY PRODUCED BY THE ENTERING BIOPHOTON FROM THE SUN DIRECTLY THROUGH OUR EYESPUPIL during SUNGAZING after sunrise but NOT EXCEEDING 7 a.m. or INDIRECT SUNLIGHT THROUGH OUR EYESPUPIL DURING DAYTIME BUT NOT COVERING OUR EYES WITH SUNGLASSES.
Vitemin D IS NOT PRODUCED BY OUR SKIN.
Sun rays cannot enter the skin, JUST THE HEAT OF SUNRAYS WE FEEL ON OUR SKIN AND CAUSING WARM SENSATION AND CANCER OF THE SKIN whether we use sunscreen or not. BUT PEOPLE WHO LIKE TO FEEL WARM SENSATION FROM THE SUN THEY c o v e r their eyes with SUNGLASSES. And this BLOCKED SUNRAYS ENTERING OUR EYES AND CAUSING SKIN CANCERS AFTER SUN EXPOSURES AND PREVENTING THE PRODUCTION OF vitamin D.
