Akahi is a breatharian who lives in Ecuador, South America. In March 2008, Akahi became a breatharian after a process of changing his diet and raising his body’s vibration. This video interview shares some of Akahi’s own ideas about the breatharian process and the future potential of humanity, including our changing DNA structure.
Enivronews published this article by M. Nathaniel Mead that presents a detailed account of sunlight affects the human body. Learn why daily sunlight exposure is necessary for optimal health. Part 1 of The Benefits of Sunlight shares how fear of sun burn and skin damage by excess sunlight has been over-emphasized by the media. In fact, the World Health Organization states that greater health problems occur do to too little sunlight exposure. Learn more in this information article.
Prof. Dr. hc Orm Bergold M.D provides a concise summery of science that shows how full spectrum light and color therapy affects human physiology. Learn how the pineal gland responds to light by creating different hormones such as melatonin. Learn how the body has many photoactive molecules the respond to sunlight.
In this health article, Dr. Mercola presents his evidence why Vitamin D is considered the most important vitamin in the human body. Learn what diseases Vitamin D will prevent and fight. Learn how much Vitamin D a person should ingest and receive from the Sun.
Light has a whole new application within the medical field. Scientists in Europe and Japan are leading this new medical field with devices that create healing in human DNA and brain cells. Monochromatic light therapy is one of the new therapies that is shown to effectively heal cancer, tumors, and other diseased tissue. Perhaps in our near future, light medicine devices will replace other invasive and chemical methods of medical healing.
Light is stored in the cells of the organism precisely, in the DNA the the DMA molecules of the nuclei — and a dynamic web of light constantly released and absorbed by the DNA may connect cell organelles, cells, tissues, and organs within the body and serve as the organism’s main communication network and as the principal regulating instance of all life processes. Sunlight baths with bare skin allow the bodily cells to store light energy sufficient to recharge the batteries in the DNA.
The pineal gland is the least known of all the endocrine glands. The pineal isn’t an actual gland; it’s a neuroendocrine transducer: meaning it converts incoming nerve impulses into outgoing hormones. Learn how the pineal gland behaves, the hormones it produces, and the foods that benefit it.
A new study led by Oxford University in England has mapped the points at which vitamin D interacts with our DNA – and identified over 200 genes directly influenced by vitamin D. It is estimated that 1 billion people worldwide do not have sufficient vitamin D. This deficiency is thought to be largely due to insufficient exposure to the sun and in some cases to poor diet.
An infertility study has revealed vitamin D deficiency among men who are unable to impregnate their partners. The discovery surprised the researchers, who were investigating the incidence of DNA fragmentation of sperm. Sunlight is the major source of vitamin D.
In this 3 minute video clip, watch as famed cellular biologist and author Bruce Lipton, Ph.D. teaches us about how our minds control our genetic blueprint, our DNA. Bruce Liption, Ph.D. is a pioneer is cellular biology, promoting his understanding of how our consciousness interacts with our cells and cellular DNA. Bruce Lipton, Ph.D. has authored many best selling books that encourage us to become masters of our minds and bodies.
In his new book The Vitamin D Solution: A 3-Step Strategy to Cure Our Most Common Health Problem
This article by Dr. Mitchell Gibson tells how the hidden nature of sunlight holds an important key to higher human evolution. Part 1 of this article looks at the five major components of Sunlight: Information Factors, Universal Forces, Energetic Factors, Evolutionary Factors, and Enlightenment Factors.
A King’s College London found those with higher vitamin D levels showed fewer ageing-related changes in their DNA. “These results are exciting because they demonstrate for the first time that people who have higher levels of vitamin D may age more slowly than people with lower levels of vitamin D. This could help to explain how vitamin D has a protective effect on many ageing-related diseases, such as heart disease and cancer.”
This article by Dr. Mitchell Gibson tells how the hidden nature of sunlight holds an important key to higher human evolution. Part 2 of this article looks at how the body absorbs and uses the energetic factors of the Sun through the human body’s brain and glands.
Sam Shuster, a consultant dermatologist at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, argues that sun exposure is not the major cause of malignant melanoma.
This information-packed article by Dr. Bernarr shares the remarkable discoveries of over a dozen health care practitioners throughout medical history, including Dr. Herbert Shelton, Dr. C. W. Saleeby, Arnold Rickli, Bernarr McFadden, Hippocrates. Part 2 of this article shares how the sun improves human health and heals disease. Muscle strength, tissue health, eyesight, mental and emotional health are all improved with proper sunbathing. While using sunblock, sunscreen, suntan lotion, and sunglasses have been proven harmful to the body.
A recent study by the University of Oxford shows that vitamin D deficiency increases the risk certain cancers, dementia and autoimmune conditions such as multiple sclerosis (MS), rheumatoid arthritis and type 1 diabetes. This study also found 2,776 binding sites for the vitamin D receptor along the length of the human genome – the human DNA system.
In his sequel to the best selling book The Four Agreements, don Miguel Ruiz shares The Fifth Agreement of the Native American Toltec way of life. In The Fifth Agreement, don Miguel Ruiz teaches about importance of light, its spiritual properties and how the eyes and brain use light for human evolution, stating “Light goes directly into your brain, and rearranges your brain in order to modify you, virtual reality, to make you a better reflection of itself.”
Modern DNA research is showing that Vitamin D improves the body’s ability to fight cancer and repair DNA damage. Larger amounts of Vitamin D3 in the body increases the expression of the GADD 45 protein – GADD stands for Growth Arrest and DNA Damage – This protein inhibits the growth of cancer cells and stimulates repair of damage to cellular DNA.
