No. You may do your sungazing in the morning and evening but it must still be the same amount of time.

No rushing super-being achievements. I am at 30 minutes 40 seconds. 🙂

Do I Have to start all over again? I started sungazing about 4 years ago and I go slowly. I have reached 18 mins. Do I have to start all over and do it more often?

SunYogi Reply:

It is best to restart your practice at only a minute or two to allow your eyes to readjust. You may more quickly add time to each gazing session until you reach the time to stopped gazing before. It is important to respect the body and not act with haste.
